A Tribute to My Mutts Since I was five years old, I've always had at least one dog. While married, my former husband Reid and I enjoyed the company of several dogs chronicled on this page. For one reason or another none of our dogs were really wanted, except by us, and I wouldn?t trade them for the world.
Photo Gallery - My MuttsBuddyCurrently, my house is graced with one wonderful, loving mutt (or ?All-American?) named Buddy. On January 3, 2001, Reid and I adopted Buddy from a local animal rescue organization. Although we were looking for an adult dog, Buddy's number was almost up, and he won our hearts. Estimated at six months old when we adopted him, he's fond of every type of dog toy, sprinting, eating and sleeping on his back. After the divorce, Buddy came to live with me and is spoiled beyond all reason. Unlike the thick inner volume of the pear head, this

When trimming, pay attention to the tail of the real hair extensions must
be cut from high to low level, roll up and send it to have this effect.
This hair style can be brushed out by a hair extensions dryer and a
reel, and it is also possible to use no special hot.
NelsonNelson was put to rest on January 12, 2008. He was somewhere between 12-13 years old. Reid and I adopted him as an adult in March, 1997 from a local animal shelter. He was sweet, friendly and playful, but also meek. He had a heart of gold. Thunderstorms and cameras terrified him (it was nearly impossible to get these pictures!). Due to our divorce, I was unable to live with him his past few months but did visit, and was able to be by his side during his last moments. I'll miss him terribly.
JeffJeff was put to rest on July 6, 2004 at approximately 13-14 years of age. We never knew his exact age, but he lived with Reid and I for 12 years. In the summer of 1992, we found him at the ranger station at Jefferson Memorial Forest (his namesake). He was a stray, so we took him home with us after camping in the Forest. Jeff was the ultimate affection hound. He was a bit of a nuisance at times, but in a lovable way. Jeff enjoyed playing and exploring the outdoors.
HappyHappy was our oldest, and she died at 14 (on September 28, 2000). She came with our first house (1990). She originally belonged to Reid's parents and was one of the strongest reminders we had of Reid's mother, who died of cancer. Happy's favorite activities included shedding, sleeping and eating. She was an awesome, extremely loyal watchdog, and she is missed.
