Wyandotte Caves - Leavenworth, IN In 1992, Reid and I went on a camping trip to Wyandotte Woods, one of my favorite campgrounds close to home. While we were there, we scheduled a five-hour cave tour at Wyandotte Caves. Although the tour is guided, it is not your typical stroll through a cave with flashlights and historical storytelling. This tour consists of climbing over rocks, lowering yourself into a hole, and crawling through tight spaces. It was pretty strenuous and a great deal of fun! Knee pads are strongly suggested and you can't be worried about getting dirty.
